Who We Are
Atlanta Couple Therapy's role has been to provide a supportive and safe environment in order to empower our clients. This allows them to make decisions, break past patterns and move closer to their intended goals. We use schema and cognitive behavioral therapy which focus on recognizing and challenging unproductive and self-defeating thought and processes. Our therapists take an active directive approach and work together with our clients to create treatment plans that will positively impact our clients' daily lives. Often times, when couples come to our office they are either at a standstill or in intense conflict. We often used specialized techniques called 'Gottman' for treatments. We have a long track of records using research, experiences, lengthy clinical training to help couples improve their communication, intimacy, conflict resolution skills, and rebuild trust after infidelity.
